Sollie Graham

Managing Partner & Founder

Sollie Graham is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). Prior to starting MRP, she was Vice President of Engineering at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”) and a member of the Investment Committee. At Phillips, Mrs. Graham led the Engineering function overseeing all technical acquisition evaluations and portfolio reserve management. Before joining Phillips, she worked as Senior Reservoir Engineer for SM Energy where she was responsible for various Mid-Con assets including Woodford and Haynesville shale plays. Prior to her position at SM Energy, she served a variety of roles at Devon Energy where she gained extensive completions, drilling, production, and reservoir engineering experience. Sollie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2004 and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Sollie is a resident of Carthage, TX.

Mason Woodard

Managing Partner & Founder

Mason Woodard is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). Prior to starting MRP, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”) and a member of the Investment Committee. At Phillips, he was primarily responsible for the Finance and Accounting functions within the organization. Before joining Phillips, he worked in the Private Wealth Division of Barclays Wealth in Houston, TX where he managed investments for high net worth individuals and family offices. Prior to his position at Barclays, Mr. Woodard was the Vice President of Sales for Silberman Enterprises in Houston, TX overseeing the sales operations in the Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio markets. Mason earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and his MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. Mason is a resident of Shreveport, LA.

Ian Doiron

Managing Partner & Founder

Ian Doiron is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). Prior to starting MRP, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”) and a member of the Investment Committee. At Phillips, he was responsible for the Acquisitions Division and actively participated in all Business Development related activities. Mr. Doiron spent most of his professional career at Phillips and was a central figure in building the company's mineral position. Before joining Phillips, he was an independent landman working throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen (ALTAPL). Ian is a resident of Shreveport, LA.

Riley Willingham

Chief Financial Officer

Riley Willingham is the Chief Financial Officer at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He oversees the Accounting and Finance functions within the organization. Prior to joining MRP, he was a financial analyst in the Finance and Accounting Division at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”). At PEP, Mr. Willingham was responsible for building and maintaining financial models, providing economic and industry analysis, monitoring treasury functions, and generating monthly reporting. Before joining Phillips, Mr. Willingham held accounting and finance positions with Occidental's EOR business unit and EnCana's mid-continent group. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and his MBA from Texas Tech's Rawls College of Business. He is also an Accredited Petroleum Accountant. Riley is a resident of Fort Worth, TX.

Laura Mickail

VP – Asset Management

Laura Mickail is a Vice President at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). She is responsible for Acquisition and Engineering related functions within the organization. Prior to joining MRP, she was a financial analyst in the Acquisitions Division at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”). At PEP, Mrs. Mickail was responsible for assisting in investor reporting, portfolio management activities, and acquisition evaluations. Laura spent most of her professional career at Phillips Energy Partners and was instrumental in initially setting up the majority of the reporting functions within the company. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Centenary College and her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Louisiana State University. She is currently a member of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO). Laura is a resident of Shreveport, LA.

Taylor Doiron

VP - GIS & Acquisitions

Taylor Doiron is a Vice President at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for GIS-Mapping, Information Technology, and Acquisition related functions within the organization. Prior to joining MRP, he served in the same capacity for the Acquisitions Division at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”). At PEP, Mr. Doiron was responsible for acquisition evaluations, GIS mapping, and business development. Taylor spent most of his professional career at Phillips Energy Partners and was heavily involved in the acquisition processes within the company. Taylor earned a degree in History and Classical Studies from Louisiana State University. After college, Taylor attended ATP Flight School to acquire his commercial and instructor ratings. Taylor is a resident of Shreveport, LA.

Brad Wilkerson

General Counsel

Brad Wilkerson is the General Counsel and Vice President of Land at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He oversees the Legal and Land functions within the organization.

Prior to joining MRP Mr. Wilkerson spent thirteen years in private practice representing clients in oil and gas and energy law, commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and litigation. Mr. Wilkerson also spent four years as in-house counsel in Houston with one of the largest natural gas producers in the Haynesville Shale. While there he advised the executive team and all departments on legal matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, contract negotiations, and litigation.

Brad received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from Louisiana State University and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Louisiana Tech University. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas and is a resident of Benton, Louisiana.

Michael Aubrey

Controller

 

Michael Aubrey is the Controller at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He assists the Chief Financial Officer with the Accounting and Finance functions within the organization.

Prior to joining MRP, Mr. Aubrey helped lead the Accounting and Finance department at Sports South LLC, the country’s oldest and largest distributor of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Before joining Sports South, Mr. Aubrey helped lead the tax department for nine years at a local Shreveport-based CPA firm, RBM LLP.

Mr. Aubrey was also a Major League baseball player before embarking on his business career. He was drafted in the 1st round of the 2003 Major League Baseball draft and played nine professional seasons in the Cleveland Indians, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Nationals’ organizations.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University- Shreveport after his playing career. Prior to his professional baseball career, he attended Tulane University where he was elected into the Tulane Greenwave Sports Hall of Fame.

Austin Melson

Engineer

 

Austin Melson is an Engineer at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for database management,  reserve evaluations, and economic modeling. Prior to joining MRP, he worked as a Reservoir Engineer for a private E&P company where his role centered around corporate reserves, development planning, and acquisition & divestiture evaluations. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Energy Business from Louisiana State University in 2018. Austin is a resident of Shreveport, LA.

Eric Dworkin

Senior Financial Analyst

 

Eric Dworkin is a Senior Financial Analyst at Maven Royalty Partners ("MRP"). He is responsible for mineral and royalty analysis as well as the investor reporting related functions within the organization.

Prior to joining MRP, he served in a similar capacity at Top Box Foods Louisiana ("TBF"). At TBF, Mr. Dworkin was responsible for developing financial models, updating data metrics for grant reports, and other cost-related functions pertaining to both external reporting and business development.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minored in Spanish from Tulane University. While originally from New Jersey, he spent many years in Louisiana and is a current resident of Dallas, TX.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University where he also minored in Spanish. While originally from New Jersey, he has since stayed in Louisiana and is a current resident of Shreveport, LA.

Jennifer Torres

Engineering Technician

 

Jennifer Torres is an Engineering Technician at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). She is responsible for the management of engineering and acquisition related functions within the organization. Prior to joining MRP, Jennifer gained experience through her role of a Reservoir Engineering Technician at QED Energy Associates. At QED Ms. Torres was responsible for assisting in the conversion of reserve economics as well as aided in various projects expanding her skills in multiple software programs that are essential in the Oil and Gas industry. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from the University of Houston in 2016. Jennifer is a resident of Houston, TX.

Cristina Kudryavtseva

Financial Accountant

 

Cristina Kudryavtseva is a Financial Accountant at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”) and assists the Controller and Chief Financial Officer in accounting and treasury functions of the organization. She is responsible for recording production payments, accounts payable, and assists in accounts receivable. Before joining MRP, Cristina gained experience in oil and gas accounting at Ilios Resources. There, she managed both business and personal accounts, recorded royalty payments, and managed accounts payable. She received her Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from Louisiana Tech University. She was born and raised in Chistopol, Russia and now resides in Shreveport, LA.

Joe Reece

Senior Landman

 

Joe Reece is a Landman at Maven Royalty Partners. He is responsible for title review and data management within the land department. Prior to joining MRP, he worked as a Landman for Red River Oil & Gas reviewing abstracts and performing curative duties working in Texas and Louisiana for just over 9 years. Prior to joining Red River, he worked as a Project manager and Team Leader for the Mitchell Company for over 2 years, where he earned the company’s annual Landstar Award for outstanding work in the Barnett Shale. Joe earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Northwestern State University and currently manages Reece Farms, established 1945 in Gilliam, LA. Joe is a resident of Bossier City, LA.

Brian Sargent

Senior Landman

 

Brian Sargent is a Senior Landman at Maven Royalty Partners. He is responsible for title and division order review, data management, and acquisition-related functions within the Land Department. Prior to joining MRP, he lived in Midland, Texas for 10 years working abstracts, leasing, and curative for Pioneer Natural Resources and various brokers in the surrounding West Texas and New Mexico counties.

Brian earned bachelor’s degrees in public administration and political science from the University of Arkansas, is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and currently resides in Shreveport with his family.

Adam Venezia

Landman

 

Adam Venezia is a Landman at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for title review, data management, and acquisition-related functions within the Land Department. Prior to joining MRP, Adam worked as a Landman for Cypress Energy Corporation, where he engaged in title research and leasing in Texas and Louisiana for nearly ten years. Adam earned two Bachelor of Humanities & Social Sciences degrees from Louisiana State University. Adam is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen (ALTAPL.) Adam is a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Lauren Lessenberry

Financial Accountant

 

Lauren Lessenberry is a Financial Accountant at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”) and assists the Controller and Chief Financial Officer in accounting and treasury functions of the organization.

Before joining MRP, Lauren was a Financial Reporting Analyst at Loyalty Ventures, Inc. (LYT), a Dallas, TX based consumer loyalty solutions company. At LYT, Lauren prepared financial statements and disclosures for SEC filings, managed intangible asset and equity accounts, and completed balance sheet account reconciliations monthly.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2021. She was born and raised in Benton, Arkansas and now resides in Bossier City, LA.

Stacey Marks

Financial Accountant

 

Stacey Marks is a Financial Accountant at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). Stacey works with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer in accounting and treasury functions of the organization.

Prior to joining MRP, she was an accountant at Brammer Engineering, a local oil and gas consulting company. Stacey attended Northeast Louisiana University, earning a BBA in Accounting. She later earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.

Stacey was born in Minden, Louisiana and now resides in Shreveport.

Jonathon Clark

Database Manager

 

Jonathon Clark is a Data Analyst at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for data management and its interaction with the acquisition-related functions within the organization. Prior to joining MRP, Jonathon served in similar capacities at Westwood Global Energy Group and at General Dynamics Information Technology. At both companies, Jonathon was responsible for managing the operational data of the organization and communicating its findings.

He also served honorably in the United States Navy. Jonathon earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Jonathon was born in Texas, but now resides in Shreveport, LA.

Braxton Watkins

Acquisition Analyst

 

Braxton Watkins is an Acquisition Agent and Data Analyst at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for data management and its interface with the acquisition related functions with the organization.

Prior to joining MRP, Mr. Watkins managed the energy portfolio and handled acquisitions at Nolte Energy Co. Before joining Nolte Energy, Mr. Watkins excelled on the golf course. He spent his time playing college golf at the Division I level for the University of Houston where he was an All-American, All-Conference, and All-Academic player.

Braxton Watkins earned a Bachelor of Finance and a Masters of Global Energy Management during his time at the University of Houston. He is an Arkansas native but resides in Carthage, Texas.

Luke Cagle

Analyst - Divestitures

 

Luke Cagle is a Divestiture Analyst at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for prospective divestment analysis, managing fund divestment activity across both private and public markets, and data management and its interface with the divestment related functions within the organization.

Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University, where he also minored in Business Administration. Born in Monroe, LA, Luke has called Louisiana home his entire life.

Alani Baker

Landman

 

Alani Baker is an Independent Landman working with Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). She is responsible for title review, data management, and acquisition-related functions within the Land Department. Alani has worked as an independent landman in the greater East Texas area for Ted W. Walters & Associates, LLC and does freelance work under her own company, Grae Abstract, LLC.

She grew up between Northwest Louisiana and East Texas surrounded by family members in the Oil & Gas Industry and knew from a young age that she wanted a career in Oil & Gas. She studied Petroleum Technology at Panola College in Carthage, Texas. She now resides in Atlanta, Texas.

Jordan Danzell

Financial Analyst

 

Jordan Danzell is a Financial Analyst at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). She is responsible for data management and its interaction with the acquisition-related functions within the Finance and Land departments. She also assists with divestments. Prior to taking on this role, she gained experience in portfolio management and business development. She also served MRP in a different capacity as an Intern within the Land Department.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Investments and Leadership and a minor in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2024. During her time at Centenary, she received the CFA Society Mississippi, Top Business Major, and Cecil E. Ramey, Jr. Frost School of Business awards. She is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and she currently resides in Bossier City, LA.

Raudric Higgins

Engineering Technician

 

Raudric Higgins is an Engineering Technician at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). He is responsible for reserve evaluation and economic modeling. Prior to joining MRP, he worked as a Reservoir Engineering Technician at QED Energy Associates. There he was responsible for modeling reserve economics for the clients of QED Energy Associates and providing support in various projects. Raudric was born in Virginia but calls Texas home. He is now a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.
